laughing by bringing you a summer
of silly savings!

The laughter will tickle your funny bone.
The price will tickle your pocketbook.

This Week: The theater is mostly closed
the weekend of the 4th. There is only one
show this week, a special presentation of:
Obliged / Thursday, July 2nd / 7:30 / $12

of In the Moment, an improvisational

That Woman Show will play Thursdays, Saturdays, and some Sundays.

Every Friday the Avenue Theater will host a different comedy group in our $15 Funny Fridays.

Beginning Tuesdays in July, Nietzsche’s Moustache returns with 60 Minutes, the Musical.

Late night comedy begins in July with the dark comedy, Die! Mommie Die!

And don't forget Wednesday night comedy, plus a one-night-only-one-woman-show about weddings called Obliged.

The writers and performers behind  “TWS,”

LuAnn Buckstein and Pamela Clifton, have the

ability to poke fun at themselves as well as show

off some sharp improvisational skills . . .

. . . “TWS” is a mix of improvisational challenges,

skits, singing and audience participation, with

a bit of multimedia effects thrown in . . .

. . . the audiences for these shows

revel in  departing from the safe zone

as much as the performer . . .

. . . And let’s be honest. It is liberating for

women to go out and have a good time.
